Studio Policies

These rules apply to all locations unless noted otherwise.

Booking & Reschedules

• We have a no-refund policy.

• You may reschedule up to 2 times per booking, up to 6 hours before your session.

• Cancellations within 6 hours or no-shows are not eligible for credit or refund.

Entry & Exit

• Do not enter the space before your booking begins.

• Do not stay past your end time, including cleanup.

• Entering early or leaving late will result in a $100 fine.

• Be sure to lock the doors when you leave, unless you’re handing the key off directly to the next renter.

Cleanliness

• Being tidy and clean is a must — treat the space like you would a friend’s house.

• No shoes on furniture, no staining of props or damaging the walls, and please don’t adjust the thermostat.

• Contact us immediately if anything breaks or spills.

Pets

• Pets are allowed at all locations except Bixby.

• A $50 cleaning fee applies to any session involving pets.

Monitoring

• All studios are heavily and in real time monitored.

• As always, contact us with any issues you have during your time in the space.
